You Got To Try This! - Cookie Bars Recipe

This is one of my favorite desserts. Its very simple to make and everyone who tries it instantly falls in love with these cookie bars. After months and months of asking, my coworker finally blessed me with the recipe to this delicious dessert (God bless her heart).

Cookie Bars

Ingredients

Yellow cake mix

2 eggs

1/2 cup of oil

chocolate chips (I prefer to use vanilla chips)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except for the chips, into a mixing bowl and mix until its a smooth texture. Once thoroughly mixed, add in the chips and mix until they are evenly distributed. You can use as many or as little chips as you want.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Place the mixture on a cookie sheet pan and spread evenly.

(Do not butter the pan)

Bake the mixture for 16 mins (the insides should be super soft and moist)

Allow the mixture ample time to cool off (if you eat it while warm they will fall apart).
