Free weekly HIV testing & More

Do you know your status?

Did you know:

More than 600,000 Americans have died from HIV since the start of this epidemic (now pandemic)

There are 1.1 million people living with HIV in the US, and 1/5 don't know they have it.

An estimate 4,000 New Yorkers will be infected this year

Every Tuesday and Thursday the Community Healthcare Network will be providing FREE HIV testing

Along with testing they will also be doing

Counseling, STD testing and treatment, distributing condoms, birth control pills and emergency contraceptive (Plan B) as well as doing pregnancy testing.

Every Tuesday from 1 - 9pm the mobile van can be found at:

240 Second Avenue

Every Thursday they alternate locations.

This Thursday, between the hours of 12 - 8pm, the van will be at:

149 Christopher Street

Next Thursday they will be at the Second Avenue location.

Please don't let ignorance or fear prevent you from coming out and getting tested. It's FREE of charge and completely ANONYMOUS.

HIV is color blind and doesn't discriminate against age. Anyone who is sexually active or participates in any drug related activities is encouraged to come out.

Please put the "It can't happen to me" attitude to the side, come out, get tested and be sure it hasn't "happened" to you already.
